OUR MISSION

Since 2013, we have provided Active Duty members of the Special Operations Community and their families the opportunity to honor our fallen and advance their careers and family life despite prolonged deployments and family separation.

Mission:  Provide direct support to members of the United States Special Operations Community and their families.

How we achieve our mission:

  • Youth scholarships to children of active-duty service members.

  • Support special operations members and their families during times of financial and emotional need.

II.         Vision:  Ensure Michael S. Duskin and Riley G. Stephens are honored through DSF's youth scholarship program in perpetuity.

III.        Values:

   1. Altruism: Motivated only by our mission and vision.

2. Integrity: Trustworthy custodians to our donors, families, and community.  Every aspect of DSF will be made available to the public.

3. Family: Committed to supporting the families of Special Operations.

4. Honor: Celebrate the lives of fallen members of Special Operations with the families they left behind.

We wanted to show the physical community in which we live that we don’t speak hollow words.
